I have left several messages in past for service department to return my call with absolutely no response nor has anyone else in other departments returned my call. They have not changed the vin # for the sorento serviced last fall as the # they have is for sorento I purchased there which has now been totaled. For recalls and service this needs to be corrected. I contnue to get emails to schedule service for the sorento that was totaled in September 2020!! Who would want to deal with this. Since it has been Calavan KIA it is terrible.
