few weeks ago. I brought it in for service to replace a loose piece of door trim on the rear drivers side door. I was told on April 23 that it would take “a few days” to get a replacement part and arrange to have it replaced. It’s May 10 and I’m still waiting to hear back regarding when I can bring it in to have it repaired. I did call earlier this week and my Service Advisor told me it would still be “a couple more days”… BTW, my wife and I LOVE the car and the dealership; we just feel that this minor repair should have been completed in a shorter timeframe.
