It is now a place where I can go to for routine maintenance, tire balance, etc. But the diagnostics of a randomly occurring problem - that doesn't seem to be their cup of tea. I took my car there after an engine stall in slow traffic. I got a perfunctory routine check and was told everything is fine. Once at home, i got a much more detailed analysis and sensible advice from Grok.
