unprofessional. He use unethical business practices to try and maximize profits by fabricating numbers and tell lies to try and get people to put more money down and to pay more for vehicle. I asked several time for the invoice on vehicle, the interest rate, the write up or the Deal that they had ready with the numbers we agreed on which took all day to get write up and it had a higher price, a 998 charge for service plan that is advertised as free, the payments were more than the maximum and the sales tax was more than double the required sales tax of the vehicle. All numbers from the day before that I told could do and even added additional $1k to the deal and he never adjusted numbers just told me lies. Hoping to get us to drive 1.5 hrs thinking that he could get us to sign some xx since we were already there. If he would've done it honestly and set the sales price at price agreed, put correct sales tax, removed the 998 charge then we would've been in the price we need to make the sale. But since he's using that vehicle as his personal vehicle we believe he just didn't want to sale it. So I would not waste any time with these con men. You'll get a fair deal else where.
