I had a wonderful experience with LS Subaru. I came from Lawrence, KS because I was looking specifically for a used Outback, and pickings were slim in LFK. Paul Sergeant worked with me for a long time, he was patient, and polite, letting me spend as much time as I needed to look over several cars. He also worked to get a price that was fair, which was what I had budgeted into my monthly expenses. Finally, I accidentally left something hanging from the rear view mirror of my old car, and he grabbed it, and told me he'd mail it back. Very great experience, probably the best I've had at a car dealership.
