had an excellent experience (as always!) with the service I received. Although I had not made an appointment, Michael Goodman of the service staff welcomed me the minute I stepped out of the car, and immediately listened to my requests, and assessed what needed to be done. All issues with the car were taken care of while I waited, and the cost was reasonable. This kind of experience is why I have not taken my Forester anywhere else for service since I purchased it in 2017. Herb Gordon Subaru, and in particular Michael Goodman, are stellar examples of quality workmanship, professionalism, and honesty.
