Told Bethany my issue and she did the intake even though my scheduled appointment was still 2 days away. I was updated timely of any news with the repair and she was very responsive to all my texts messages. She left voicemails when I wasn't able to answer her calls and overall communication was excellent. This is my second major repair with the dealer and both instances went smoothly. Would recommend working with Bethany for her attentiveness and A+ communications. You will never feel in the dark with the status of your repair or if you have any questions.

Although I had not made an appointment, Michael Goodman of the service staff welcomed me the minute I stepped out of the car, and immediately listened to my requests, and assessed what needed to be done. But the crown jewel of the dealership is Muhammed (Mo). I have purchased through him before, and he made it as painless as possible, but this time, he outdid himself. I just wanted to get an estimate of how much my 2024 Crosstrek was worth because I was interested in an Outback because it had more of the features that I wanted in a vehicle. Just to shorten this up a bit, he had the Outback that I was interested in, and with the trade-in as high as it was, along, with my deposit, VIP deposit and the lease amount I'm now in a 2025 Outback Limited thanks to him.
