Originally we went in to get our current Subaru serviced, and they were completely inept as to what we were looking for and whether they had it in stock (despite us BRINGING IN the part number!). Later, now that I'm looking to buy my Subaru, we walked in and told the receptionist that we wanted to look at the specific vehicle. 15 minutes later, and the sales rep in the building is still standing around looking at the ceiling. Very poor customer service. Before having a Subaru (when we were looking for my husband's car), we went there looking for the model we wanted, never got any attention. I'm never going back to Lee's Summit Subaru. Van Subaru and Olathe Subaru may be quite a drive from Lee's Summit, but at least they aren't jerks!
