The experience was exceptional. My service representative Mandy Walters was everything an Audi customer would want in a Service Rep. Knowledge, Experience, Professionalism, and Kindness. I did not get any of the other names on the service team that helped Mandy serve me, but the visit was smooth and nice seeing all the new Audi models of today. Thanks Clearwater Audi !
