with an auto service center and both on the sales side. My car was there 9 days before it even had a diagnosis ran on it! The 1st day it got there I was told that they ran a 253.00 diagnostic on it but couldn’t do anything without the key fob working and they think the chip had gone bad in the fob. But their key fobs for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee were on back order so I was told that I (the customer) needed to call a lock smith up there to do a new fob so I did. Turns out it was not the key fob. The Jeep tech came outside with the lock smith and stood there with the locksmith while he ran a diagnostic test on my computer. The Jeep tech said he seen where it is showing that the ECN computer was bad and that they needed to order that. This point I had already paid 100.00 tow to there, 200.00 for the key fob, and been charged a diagnostic fee by Jeep 253.00 but Jeep never even pulled it into their shop. Now Jeep tells me I am looking at having to pay 1504.00 for the new ECN and labor & the part would be in the next day. Dylan also sends me to the sales side and I waste 4 hours of my day waiting on them to run my credit and tell me what they could give me for a trade in on my Jeep. At 4:00 I get told by the sales team that all the banks have closed for the day so I wouldn’t know anything. So I go back over to the service side and made sure Dylan ordered that part which he assured me would be in the very next afternoon. 2 days after this the part still had not shown up from their warehouse in Atlanta. I just kept getting the run around I believe because Dylan kept forgetting to order the part. In the mean time all this had been going on every time I called up to the dealership it would sometimes take me 1-3 hours worth of calling to get anyone on the phone. Or someone would answer and I would be out on hold for 30 mins or longer. So on the last day my car was here I stopped by there in person that afternoon after 3:00pm because no one had bothered to call me on this day either. 9 days laterThis is the first and only time I had seen my Jeep inside the shop there. Dylan tells me oh I was just about to call you. I have some good news and well not so good news but not bad either. He says he “himself” had a sick gut feeling that it was not the ECN part after all so with out asking me Dylan had another diagnostic test ran on it by their guy ( just to get more money out of me) turns out the part I had been waiting 3 days on to get there was not bad after all and 2 out of 3 scans all showed it is the starter. I am pretty sure that ECN part never made it there cause I was told that part had to be ordered from Jeep and go with my actual VIN number. However they were still charging me 1500.00 to fix my car. I already knew how much a starter was around so I knew then I was getting robbed. I asked Dylan 3 more times was he sure it was the starter and how was he so sure it was. I made some calls because I no longer had faith in the service center that they knew what they were doing or even being honest with me. I had it towed back to the first mechanic and went and bought a new starter for 281.00. Dylan refused to let my car be towed until I paid the 253.00 2nd diagnostic test he had ran without my permission. Jeep also let both of my windows down while it was inside of their shop. Today i am told by the new mechanic that Jeep let and left my windows down on both sides of my car and it got rained in all night long and everything was soaked. It was towed after hours. I had the new starter installed and guess what?! It’s not the starter. Only makes a clicking noise when the button is mashed. So Dylan was wrong yet again about what was wrong with my car. Now I’m having to pay another tow fee of 100.00 to have it towed to another place that can run diag On! After all of this I think Jeep needs to pay for all that has been spent! And fix my car for free! 9 days without my car and now have to g
