The service writer James King was super helpful and knowledgeable to make our delay and concern a pleasant experience. We pulled in with no appointment at 1:30pm and left at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. It appeared that the oil and tire service at the local Honda dealership in Florida put the tire pressure at 51 psi and not 32 as recommended.
