After leaving the dealership, they continued to call and text in an attempt to get us to come back to the dealership. Although we asked multiple times for the amount our trade appraised for, or the actual selling price of the vehicle we were interested in, we were just told to “come back” to get it all sorted out. I have no interest in sitting in a dealership for hours sorting paperwork and arguing numbers when other dealers are offering the same cars for less, with the option to complete paperwork online and view a final deal before going to the location. We chose Calavan because they offer most vehicles at MSRP without markups, and drove past other Kia locations to get to Calavan. Unfortunately, we will likely not be purchasing a car and will drive even further to purchase in order to receive better service.
