no one comes to give you up dates about your car. Called regarding my car being towed to the dealership due to engine overheating after this past hurricane storm. I had to call to verify if the car made it to the dealership as I wasn’t about ride with the towing company. Lady on the phone was very rude names Karina. Then I called on Monday September 13th to follow up. Was advise my advisor was Damien who was more of NO HELP. Expressed that he spoke to me on Saturday September 11th when I first called about the issue and advise him I did not speak to. I proceed to ask for a follow up about my car which I think as a customer you shouldn’t have to call a location when it’s in their hand. I should have been receive calls from the dealership but that never happened. I will be looking to take my car to another location for service as this one doesn’t seem to care and always have such a nasty tone when speaking to about your concerns as if they didn’t know what they signed up for when the took on the job. I would never recommend this location at all.
