Quincy Smith, and he was simply awesome! Super friendly, professional and patiently answered all of my questions about purchasing a car from A-1 since I would be an out-of-state buyer.. Not only do I appreciate A-1 as a dealership since they are charging MSRP but no dealer markups (unlike the Toyota dealers I know of out here in Arizona!), Quincy could not have been more courteous, knowledgable and professional. I look forward to buying from A-1 and Quincy in the near future. Toyota should use A-1 and Quincy as models of how to run a dealership and how to be an outstanding sales professional--way to go!!
