with. They keep your car for a week and tell you thy ordered you parts. We drove up by the dealer and there is our car in the same spot as it was when we dropped it off. The service manager lied and said the parts were there. Parts department says there is no parts there. The service manager told me straight to my face "he doesn't call customers back" How does anyone in that position say that to a customer. I called Matt Calavan to complain. Left a message and no response so far. Do not look for a call back. I heard thru the grapevine, most of the service department left due to the Service Manager. I am not surprised! Do not take your vehicle there, unless you want to be lied to and talked to like they do not care to have your business.
