Disgusted with Lack of Service

Prime from Romeo Toyota/A major part of the sales pitch was service and car loaners. In three years never could get a car loaner for service, Today I was guaranteed one for 8:00 dropoff for service and pick-up a loaner and got told none available and we have a lot of cars ahead of you to service. I was told no one gets in until 9:00 to discuss this with, so I left no service. Last time I went in for my free oil change, 1:00 appointment, waited got done around 3:30, they tried to bill me for the FREE OIL CHANGE had to get a manager to prove what I was given at the time of purchase. Their sales team is outstanding at sales, just NOT TRUTHFUL about service.
