bronco sport, car was in prestine condition when I dropped it off, upon driving home I noticed a large grease stain on my passenger side leather seat, they also threw the old tires on my rear leather seats leaving dirt stones and other debris all over the interior. 1 of the rims had scrapes on it as well. I called 2 times couldn't get ahold of anyone at the service center so I used their text messaging service. When they finally answered that they claimed there was no record of my vehicle being worked on there and insisted I must've taken it to subaru or Chevy. What a joke of an establishment. Brand new $40,000 vehicle they xxxxed up and had the audacity to argue with me about it. Avoid them at all costs. Van bortel subaru has their business squared away and running like clockwork, true professionals. But van bortel ford is literally the worst dealer I've ever experienced.
