I called on Thursday, spoke to Joe, to see if they had a vehicle available for me to lease at the current special pricing and made an appointment for Saturday morning. I made a point of mentioning they're hard to find and wanted to make sure they had one for me for Saturday. I was assured they had multiple available and they would make sure they had one for me and if not they would call me Friday afternoon. They didn't call. I drove the 45 minutes Saturday morning to dealership and no Joe, they give me to another person. She takes my info again, which Joe already had done on phone, gets the vehicle, shows me features, I take a test drive by myself, come back and I'm told none available, no more until next month and lease deal likely won't be as good. I told them how I'd been reassured they would have one for me and she tried saying that they meant they had ones coming in not sold. I disputed this and then I walked. Their deceptive sales practices wasted 2.5 hours of my day.
