Greenway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Anniston

My 2014 Jeep "Grand" Cherokee began having major engine troubles with just over 100,000 miles. I took it to the dealership in Anniston because it was only 1,000 outside of my warranty. Dealers will typically give exceptions if your car is just outside the warranty. Univ Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Anniston said the repairs would cost $1,800 for a right cylinder repair. I had to fight to get the dealership to open a case and consider an exception to cover the repairs since it was just outside my warranty. They eventually would do so but it took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. Each day I called to check on it Jason Boatman would seem to be giving me the run around saying the mechanic found some "hiccups" but would not be specific as to what the problems were. I was a mechanic in the military and I can say with 100% certainty that "hiccups" is not an industry term that should be used with a costumer. Mr. Boatman then could not locate my key when picking up the vehicle. When my vehicle was returned the car was still not running properly. I reported this to the dealership. They took it back and said they could find nothing wrong. I got the vehicle back a second time and noticed the problem was worse as it seemed to sputter and almost stall out on me. I attempted to contact the corporate office to report the problems and was ignored. I had a different mechanic inspect and test drive my car and I discovered the real problem. Let's just say JEEP has lost a lifetime faithful costumer of over 15 years.
