Many thanks to the Romeo Toyota sales team for telling me they had a used hybrid available, then telling me it had already sold when I arrived for my appointment to test drive it. I loved how the sales person had me test drive a top of the line gas vehicle instead of the hybrids I was interested in. I especially appreciate that the next day the used vehicle I originally wanted to purchase was magically available. Being able to test drive both that car after the top of the line gas car and the new Corolla Cross helped me really understand the poor the quality of the Toyotas I had originally been considering buying. Making me wait to talk to the finance person when you knew I was already late for another meeting was just a fantastic way to end our appointment. I'm so happy with my new Kia Sportage Hybrid I purchased instead. The best part is all the money I saved buying a new Kia rather than the used Toyota I wanted to buy originally. I hadn't been considering a new car until then, nor had I considered purchasing looking at anything other than a Toyota.
