the good fortunate of meeting the sales team at Fitzgerald Gaithersburg. From my initial phone call with John, to my test drive with Matt, to my financing with Lisa, the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, upfront, honest, and a pleasure to work with! Matt checked in with me several times to keep me updated on the status of my car, and everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I was there to buy one of their used cars that wasn't even a Subaru, yet I never felt liked that impacted the level of service I received. I wasn't planning on needing to buy a car this week, but I'm grateful that I bought it from the team at Fitzgerald Gaithersburg. Will definitely recommend!
