dealt with and I've bought seven or eight cars from different dealerships over the years. Customer service is a thing of the past, at least with these guys and Greg thinks that he can intimidate people and condescendingly talk to them as if he's a drill sergeant from the military. When I had an issue with my vehicle he told me that I shouldn't bring my car to them since I didn't buy it from them and that I should go to the dealership I purchased the car for my warranty service even though that's not how warranties work. I've contacted Kia's corporate office and reported him and I hope more people will come forward because first Kia used to be a decent place once upon a time it has since become a money grab typical stealership and will not get a dime of my business ever again. If I could I would give him no stars.
