after doing such a simple job. Cross threaded lug nuts. One stud snapped. I took pictures of the nuts with no threads, snapped lug bolt, metal fuss on a stud and to top it all off, I brought this car in because I couldn't remove the wheels to do a front brake pad change. After this mess, I decided to replace pads anyways but still couldn't remove the wheels. After looking inside the lug nuts, I saw that all the edges were gone and flattened. Anyone who does maintenance knows that the nuts weren't started by hand before the pneumatic hand tool was used. IMHO as a lifelong maintenance person, that wheel was in danger off coming off when being driven. SO, what did I pay $189 for last Friday??? Wouldn't recommend and waiting to hear what this dealership is going to do before I do my social media thing. I expect a phone call or email telling me of what they're going to do. Hopefully the repairs and now a brake pad change with the pads I bought free of charge to keep me as a customer. You may also look at some history regarding brake lights that I paid for and after multiple return visits because the fix didn't last, I fixed myself. The representative was fine and professional. I have a MAJOR problem with the maintenance person. This comes from a lifelong maintenance person myself. Put yourself in my position. How would you feel if your spouse was driving a vehicle like this with the kids inside? Again, I'm beyond furious! I can't attach pictures but have them as evidence. Robert Paulding
