They will scam you. They will tell you that you are not eligible for any lease incentives, even though your previous lease is paid off. When looking at cars on the screen, they actually turned the screen from me and said I couldn't look at it. I followed up with GMC and GMC financial only to find out that I would have been eligible for the posted lease incentives. They were dishonest and I have been a 10 year GMC/Buick Customer.
