Dropped car off Thursday for Friday morning service appointment. Got a call Saturday to approve repairs and they said that it would be ready Monday. Didn’t hear anything so returned rental and called Monday before I was about to go pick it up and they said the repairs they had me approve were for a different car and that mine hadn’t been looked at yet. Had to wait two more days and spend another couple hundred on another rental when I had just returned it. Embarrassing lack of communication and terrible customer service. STAY AWAY.

I unfortunately had to go back to work and I came back after work to them telling me they put me in a 2024 Buick Encore GX and that I no longer had to worry about my old car. I was in shock. I honestly didn’t think I’d be leaving with a car at all. Car buying experiences are the worst for me. But Tasca Buick, Michael, and the Sales manager among others at the dealership did go above and beyond! I know I’m in good hands and I know if I have any questions, I can just call or text Michael and he’s right there with information!

They will scam you. They will tell you that you are not eligible for any lease incentives, even though your previous lease is paid off. When looking at cars on the screen, they actually turned the screen from me and said I couldn't look at it. I followed up with GMC and GMC financial only to find out that I would have been eligible for the posted lease incentives. They were dishonest and I have been a 10 year GMC/Buick Customer. I don't know if it was because they thought I was an easy target. But complaints filed with AG, FTC, Buick/GMC and GMC financial .

I walked in with no hopes of being able to qualify for a car loan and Dale/Kenny/TASCA went out of their way to ensure I walked out of there satisfied. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car! I’ve been to numerous dealers and had awful experiences and I am so thankful I found TASCA. I am so excited to bring home my new Mazda CX-5!
