$1400 for changing the plastic screen in the dash. $800 was for labor. That was not the problem. You then determined the problem was the radio and ordered a new one. The first one did not work and about two weeks later another arrived. That solved the radio problem. That cost another approx. $1500. It took me. 7 trips to Ocala to get this done. Needless to say, I am still very upset. The service person —- Edwin did his best but he was only the messenger. At the second visit , I asked them to call in Cadillac Engineering and they explained it was not their procedure. Long story short—-I feel I should not have been charged for the first fiasco.. I am very disappointed in Cadillac.
