my husband about the price he would be charged for an additional service to our Impreza, and did an incomplete job changing our transmission fluid, despite our request. We will never do business here again and will be warning everyone we know of their dishonest business practices and general lack of integrity. We expected to pay more for service at a dealership, but we did not expect to be lied to, to our faces. This type of behavior is just unacceptable; hopefully the internet age can help prevent it from happening to others. There are other service departments who would never act this way - don't give your money to crooks!
