as soon as I spoke to someone. The service advisor didn't believe that I was having problems starting my car because it "started right up" for him. Told me it would be a 2 weeks to just diagnose the problem and made a bunch of excuses about why a loaner wouldn't be available but would told me there's a hertz around the corner. We ended up picking the car back up to take it to another dealership. When we got home we noticed my car charger was missing. I called and was sent to voicemail so I left a message with the service manager and no one called me back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to a once loyal customer. I won't be back. Took it to Rockwall and it was fixed same day with a new battery. That's all I needed and Mesquite couldn't even help with that simple repair.
