He made the process painless. Although we found JR very good at his sales pitch and seemed to be a very nice guy, the 45 min sales pitch for an extended warranty became very tiring and frustrating. We decided if we ever buy again, we will NOT sit through that again if we say no in the beginning. We will walk away.
