I asked for details on the proposed purchase of 4 new tires. When asked to spend $1400 on new tires I think I am entitled to know the manufacturer and model number of the tires. Keven Czyznewski said, "I told you already." When I asked him to give me something in writing he scribbled Bridgestone on the estimate. Not a very persuasive sales technique. It makes it difficult to go ahead with the purchase with confidence that I won't be mistreated again.
