Ron Ruff was great and very helpful, not pushy at all. We had lots of questions and even sent texts to my son-in-law who is my financial adviser. Ron took time to explain everything to our satisfaction. He sold us my daughter's car in 2014 and we trusted him then as well as now. I am happy with my Focus and it is easier to handle for a grandma. Ron programmed my phone into the car thingy and went through all the bells and whistles with me. I am happy with him and the great service of everyone in the dealership.
