that I can’t, anyways let’s start with the fact that every “sales” price on their website is a lie. We were looking at a truck that was originally 28K but sales price said 23K and it actually ended up being 29K. One of the salesmen told me himself their website has a glitch and he doesn’t know why it does that but in order to see what sales you actually qualify your credit has to be checked but the sales price ends up being half or less than half of what’s actually there. So the price is supposedly the original price you see at the top in SMALL font. But this dealership the price was 1K more than what was there on the website in small font on top of the sales price being a lie!!! I’m used to dealing with Kia dealership where all of their prices you see online is what you get even if you see a rebate, it’s what you get! So when I saw their prices I called to confirm with a salesman who said yes come on in, in which we were anyways because they claimed something was wrong my partners van and offered us a 2K credit to use towards a new vehicle. He confirmed the situation we discussed which was to use that towards the price of a new vehicle as well as trade in my vehicle which brings NE, Again I’ve dealt with Kia which tells you any rebates will/can go towards any NE you have which helps your down payment be lower or none!. So we are thinking the 2K credit and Rebates would definitely compensate for the NE my car has. Well there’s no communication amongst everyone in the work place because who we spoke with wasn’t there and they had no idea what was going on. So we got passed that and moved on to their waiting game they play just to gather information.. he comes back about 3 times afterwards to show us a 29K truck quote with 4500 down and 12.99% APR and I was like what is this the price of?? He said if you scroll down and look at a tab that he couldn’t even find I’d see all the rebates that were applied and that I might not qualify for all. Anyways the salesman knew it was all some BS because he didn’t even come back to explain what was even going on someone else did for him! they ended up coming back with a quote of 38K no rebates no 2K credit they promised. No explanation of what was going on there. The paper on the truck said 26K as well, so they marked up the truck just to try to mark it down at it’s actual price saying I qualified for about 3K in rebates on a supposedly 29K truck when the paper on truck said 26K anyways. The whole experience was horrible! Go somewhere else
