I was charged $111 for three wiper blades. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no. I will not be returning. UPDATE I was contacted by management the next day. They assured me that the overcharge was an honest mistake. They not only reimbursed the cost of the entire service charge but also offered another free service. They also took action to retrain the associate. The management obviously cares greatly and if there is ever a concern in the future I will insist on speaking with them because I believe they will do their best to make it right.
