My appointment was at 0730. I dropped off the car at 0723. Went to check on it at 1446 and the dar was not done. Over 7 hours to change the oil and do an inspection, 7hrs, really???? The id.. at the counter asked me at 1515 if I could bring it on Friday, really? Why was I given an appointment for Wednesday 22 Nov? Unbelievable. Spoke with Bloomfield BMW and they couldn't believe that these id..s did not get those 2 minor procedures done in that amount of time...
