SalesFebruary 2024
Lee's Summit Subaru

Sales process was very smooth but the issue was when it came to the inspection process. Within one day of taking the car home, I found that the front brake rotors were warped and that the front brake pads were cracked. We also found that the rear tires were worn severely and cupped. I attempted to work with the used car manager but he consistently wanted to tell me that it was against Missouri law for him to fix the items after I had signed the "WE OWE" document and those issues were not listed. The manager would not even pay attention and allow me to voice my concerns of the safety issue and attempt to come up with an amicable solution. He would not allow this customer to voice his concern properly. I strongly suggest that if anyone purchases a used vehicle from this establishment that you have it safety and operationally checked independently from their service department.
