When we picked up the truck, the DIO keypad entry had not been installed. I was told to bring it back for installation but that would require a 5 hour round trip. I was then told to have my local Tillamook dealer install it. I did that but had to pay the labor out of pocket, which was only a half hour job at $75. The Gresham Sales Manager said I would be reimbursed. Over 2 weeks after I submitted the receipt and have not received reimbursement. I was at the dealership for 4 hours to simply pick up my truck, pay cash and not one person there could install this simple keypad. Now, the dealership is dragging their feet to pay for a $75 job on an $80,000 purchase. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing my next new truck at this dealership.
