He was friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, personable. We spoke regularly about the car and he didn't try to hard sell me at any point. All the paperwork and legal stuff was done from one state over but was all handled quickly and professionally. Alvaro continued to communicate with me even when I had questions on weekends and was on top of things from the first inquiry email all the way to after the auto transport company picked the car up.
