over the course of 15 years, but after my recent experience with AJ Henry, this will be my last purchase here. When I asked to speak to his manager, AJ falsely claimed to be the manager. He was rude, dismissive, and extremely condescending, cutting me off and talking over me the entire time. When I questioned a $220 "release fee," he said, “We don’t come to work for free.” He was clearly upset that I decided to have my car towed elsewhere for service rather than pay the outrageous, price-gouging prices at this dealership. The conversation became heated, and he hung up on me, leaving me to call back and make the payment with someone else. It’s no surprise that their reviews continue to decline with customer service like this. The building may have been remodeled, but it’s clear the service advisors, especially Aubrey Henry, need an overhaul too.
