She always makes the experience wonderful. Even when i picked up my vehicle she was in a meeting and her team members assisted me with quickly and with such a wonderful greeting. After i received my car i checked to ensure my sunroof was open and it was opening manually and once I let them know it wasn't closing like it should they quickly fixed it within a few minutes. Overall a wonderful and great experience with the entire service team. Especially since i don't live close to dealership.
