He is a remarkable talented young man who is personable and very helpful. Andy handled the paperwork very efficiently and made the process seamlessly smooth. Carlos Holmes delivered the car and patiently helped me understand its many technical features. He made it all make sense. I am enjoying my new 3Series and wouldn’t buy a BMW from anyone else!
