This is our second BMW purchase with Newbold. The customer service experience is out of this world. Each Newbold employee truly makes you feel like family. My husband and I now refuse to go to any other dealership because we don't receive the high caliber of attention and care anywhere else (we made the mistake of going to Autohaus once and that was a nightmare for a variety of reasons). Braden is fantastic and completely down to earth. On top of that, he stays connected with his customers - even years after your purchase.
