While checking in I was asked if I wanted to get the oil changed. I thought that employees dealing with a Lyriq would know it was electric, no oil changes. I was told this would take 90 minutes top so I opted to wait. 2 1/2 hours later I checked on the vehicle, I was again told this is a 90 minute process. I had to remind them I have already been there 2 1/2 hours. Then I was asked who checked me in, I replied you did. I think the service department needs a little more attention to detail and learn their vehicles. My Lyriq still has an issue with it's GPS freezing, which I was told would be looked at. This means another appointment which I am dreading to make.
