We live out of star and purchased our Kia brand new from a dealer in IL. We live in Ky and this dealer / service center I in Clarksville ,TN . The staff was the friendliest I have ever met at a dealership . It was a Saturday morning we drove 1:20 minutes to get there by 10 am . Was greated by Halbert . He got me right in and even updated me on the Extra Care Package . Didn’t have a loaner but he called us a Uber and we went and shopped they picked us back up and we got our vehicle .
