Not only do they not honor the recalls, answer their phones or their computers are always down! My daughter’s car was sitting to be fixed for a week with no update. We finally decided to go in person and of course they couldn’t find her car because it wasn’t even in the system. Then we’re told they’re two weeks behind! My daughter is in college without her car!!!! I have called and keep getting voicemail with no call backs or transferred to another person who transfers again and again!
