Ready at drop off. Had appointment — they greeted me by name as I walked in — done with check in in less than 5 minutes. Was originally told couple hours. Finished in less than an hour. Barely finished the cappuccino from their coffee bar machine. Good by the way!! Car clean and out door in 50 or so minutes. Will be back.
