noise. First, I was told it would two days to fix. Those two turned into three, and I missed an important medical treatment because I had no car. When I picked up the car (late Friday), I was told by Scott J. another part was needed, and they would install it and not charge for the labor. I said I could not miss another medical treatment, but, if I could bring it back on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, that I would do so. I brought it back, but at check out, I was charged for the labor. They only knocked off $50 from the bill. I purchased this car from them and have never been disappointed, but I am out nearly $3000 and the car still has the sloshing sound. I could have had the ABS repaired for around $500. I was considering purchasing a new Buick, but NO MORE. I found Scott condescending, and he practiced no communication. If I did not call, I heard nothing from the service department. Even when we were going from the promised 2 days to 3, if I had not called, they would have shut down for the evening, and I would still be waiting. It will be an inconvenience to locate a new repair shop for the car, but without trust and goodwill, there is no customer loyalty on my part. Scott even said after he knew I was less than pleased, "I think you're a nice lady, aren't you?" I told him I was a military brat and a military wife and taught high school English for 40 years. Nice ladies do not survive any of those, especially in the South. I have written a formal complaint to Mr. Fridrich, though I do not expect much will be done. Bye, bye, bye! I would say the gentleman who drove me back and forth to my home was friendly and well mannered. Thank you, Albert. You were the shining star in this madness.
