I test drove a used Mazda with Nicholas and he was very nice unfortunately as soon as Steve, the manager, stepped in it was all down hill from there. I researched the vehicle I drove extensively and had questions and Steve made it seem like I was an idiot and knew nothing. The only thing he wanted to ensure was that I purchased the most expensive warranty. Once I made it clear I was not interested in a bumper to bumper warranty his mood changed and said well it looks like your not really set on this car so why don't you think about it and come back. I later found a new Mazda at North Penn for a great price and they were absolutely terrific! Great customer service and after I said I was not interested in an extended warranty, they never brought it up again.
