One of the warning signs turned on and had no idea why. I had a family emergency and needed to have the car checked immediately. I walked into the service area and explained my situation and they took care of me. In less than half an hour I was walking out of the service area with a loaner car and my car left to be serviced. I was thankful and impressed, even without an appointment.
