Curt Seufert the Service Advisor has great customer service skills. I was quoted $3426, however when I paid on-line (you cannot see the amount prior to paying - not so good) the bill was over $4500. I called and spoke with Curt and he immediately credited my account. The bill came to $3416 which was a little less than the estimate. I am very pleased with all of the employees that I have dealt with at Gurley Leep Subaru.
