Due to issues caused by the dealership my vehicle took 5 days longer than expected which forced me to rent a car that I paid for out of pocket and would not be reimbursed. It would have taken longer if I hadn't called them every day. My vehicle was repaired well, so I am very pleased that the actual repair was done right.
